Creative Producer (m/f/d) — Music & Digital Brands

For our Berlin headquarters we’re looking for a Creative Producer who can contribute from day one. This role focuses fully on creative execution, starting immediately. Ad account management is handled separately, in close collaboration with the Head of Music.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong motion design / animation background who understands that great creative is not just aesthetic but effective. Experience or strong interest in YouTube, TikTok, and short-form video trends is a big plus.

Working field:

Key responsibilities

Create animated video ads, motion graphics, and visual content for our music brands

Develop ad creatives end to end, including concepts, scripting, animation, captions/subtitles, and AI or freelance voice-overs

Adapt creatives across formats, languages, and styles, using AI tools where appropriate

Collaborate closely with the in-house graphic designer and support visual needs within the music team

Brief and coordinate external freelancers when required

Support the launch of new projects and music brands (e.g. YouTube channels, new genres/projects)

Maintain and evolve consistent, user-centric visual styles

Optimize and iterate on existing creatives while testing new ideas

Stay on top of short-form video trends (especially YouTube Shorts and TikTok) to create engaging, high-performing content

You’ll report directly to the Head of Music and have a high level of responsibility.

Requirements:

What you add to our team

2+ years of professional experience in animation, motion design, or video editing, producing commercial content for brands, campaigns, or paid advertising

Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects/Animate, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop

Ability to execute creatives end to end, developing original concepts and turning them into polished, campaign-ready assets

A performance-oriented creative mindset, balancing originality with attention-grabbing, conversion-focused design

A user-centric design sensibility, creating visuals that feel approachable, trustworthy, and accessible

Comfort using AI tools to enhance efficiency (e.g. image or voice-over generation), while being fully capable of producing high-quality work without them

Experience or strong interest in short-form video platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, with a good sense for trends and engagement

A proactive, independent working style combined with strong collaboration skills and a high level of responsibility

Fluent in English (German is a plus)

No university degree required – portfolio and mindset matter more than formal education.
