Creative Strategy (Voluntary Internship) -Marketing, Social and Content

Gain hands-on experience at a new fast-growing marketing & creative agency working with conscious, premium, and modern brands.

Working field:

You’ll be part of our growing creative and strategy team, supporting both client projects and our in-house venture WELLYST. This is a versatile and hands-on role at the intersection of marketing, content, and digital innovation, allowing you to explore different areas depending on your strengths.

Key areas may include:

  • Social media planning, strategy, and content scheduling across multiple platforms.
  • Supporting creative strategy for campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Contributing to content creation — from UGC-style videos to social-first storytelling.
  • Simple design and video editing tasks (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma).
  • Influencer and partnership research and coordination.
  • Assisting with creative ideation for marketing campaigns and visual content.
  • Researching trends in social, digital culture, and AI tools to bring fresh insights into projects.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled university student or recent graduate eligible for a voluntary 3-month internship or mandatory 6-month internship.
  • Available to start ASAP (Berlin-based or EU remote).
  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, or creative strategy.
  • Basic skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite (video editing experience is a plus).
  • Eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and creative presentation.
  • Curiosity and readiness to learn about AI tools in marketing and content creation.
  • Fluent in English (German a plus).
  • Self-starter mindset, open to taking initiative and experimenting with new ideas.
