NORITUAL LAB is a bootstrapped, founder-led brand built on Japanese ceremonial matcha. Two and a half years in. Close to eight figures in revenue. No external capital. 600+ B2B café partners across Europe, a fast-growing DTC business in Germany, and a Japan operation we’re building from the ground up. We move fast, operate lean, and build for the long term.
What you'll do
You'll work on the physical expression of the brand — the packaging, print, objects, and experiences that land in someone's hands. This is not a hypothetical internship project. Everything you make gets produced and shipped. Nothing stays a slide.
The project you'll own is decided once you join, based on what the brand needs at the time and where your strengths are. Examples of the kind of work:
You'll start with an open brief. Your job is to understand it, find a point of view, decide, bring the right people in, and get something made.
You'll work directly with founders, suppliers, printers, manufacturers, and customers — and present and defend your work to the people making the decisions.
Not generic templates.
Not safe, corporate packaging.
Design that's considered, intentional, and worth keeping.
Who we're looking for
We care less about where you are in your career than how quickly you're moving, and how strong your eye is. This role suits people who want to build a brand or a studio of their own one day — you'll see up close what it takes to make a physical brand at scale.
You might be a good fit if you:
Product design, industrial design, packaging, and communication design backgrounds fit especially well. Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CAD, 3D — all a plus. Taste and visual instinct matter more than credentials. No degree required.
We don't expect you to know everything. We expect you to figure things out.
